Following the acquisition of Big Switch Networks by Arista Networks, you are now able to leverage Arista’s 24x7 global TAC Support through our Customer Portal, email or phone for any questions or support needs. As of May 10th, you are required to create Arista credentials in order to open new cases, view your existing case or access software downloads on Arista.com. Big Switch Networks credentials are now disabled.

Please note: Customers purchasing Big Switch products through Dell (under Arista-Dell OEM relationship) can continue to use the Dell Support Portal for case opening, but are required to create Arista credentials to access all other resources, including software downloads on Arista.com.
